Brazilian Cuisine

Some of the most appetizing things that you can eat in Brazil are:
-Feijoada, it us the national dish of Brazil       
It is black beans, pork,rice,collard greens, cassave flour, and orange. Cassava Flour is tapioca.
Historians like Luís da Câmara Cascudo consider that feijoada is a Brazilian version of stews from Southern European countries like France,Italy,Spain and, of course,Portugal. Traditional Portuguese bean-and-pork dishes (cozidos) like those from the regions of Estrumadura and Tras-os-Montes are the ancestors of Brazilian feijoada. The earliest printed references to the dish appeared in the mid-19th century, based on menus of upper-class, urban restaurants.
-Romeu e Julieta, it is cheese with guava jam a.k.a goiabada
- Coixinha, it is basically just chicken croquete,Coxinha is a dumpling filled with spiced chicken and cheese which is rolled into the shape of a pear and fried. A good coxinha must have a rich and tasty filling and must be deep-fried in high quality hot oil.

Empanada, it is is a stuffed bread or pastry  baked or fried in many countries of  Latin America and  Southern Europe. Empanada is made by folding a dough or bread patty around the stuffing. The stuffing can consist of a variety of meats, cheese, huitlacoche, vegetables or fruits among others.
-Pao de Quiejo, it is cheese bread with cassava flour/tapioca. Is savory cheese snack that goes perfectly with coffee, and is typically an appetizer, or afternoon snack.
Brazilian Pastry/Sweets:
-Cocoada, is a cocounut sweet
-Beijinhos, is cocunut truffles and clove
-Pasel, is a pastry, is a thin, fried, and filled pastry. Fillings typically include ground beef, cheese, chicken, or even bananas and cinnamon.
Daily Drinks for Brazilians:
-Cachaca ( national drink, brazilian liquor, distilled from sugar cane and is the main ingredient for the national coctail, Caipirinha.
-Caipirinha, is the national cocktail
